One Belian Seed PLT is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing office operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace,Handle and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls,Support the HR team by assisting with employee records, payroll processing, and scheduling,Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks,Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly,Maintain and update office records, including inventory, equipment, and supplies,Assist in preparing and organizing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports,Support the finance team by assisting with expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
