As a CMP Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to implement and maintain best practices in CMP process control, including the use of advanced software such as KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials, and others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the 200mm CMP process.
• Implement and maintain best practices in CMP process control.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Utilize advanced software such as KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials, and others to monitor and improve CMP processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support and training to team members to ensure a high level of expertise in CMP processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMP process management in the semiconductor industry.
• Certification in CMP process control and advanced software such as KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials, or similar.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
