📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Accurately input and update patient records, medical histories, and other relevant data.,Maintain and organize data files and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.,Verify the accuracy of data entries and make corrections as needed.,Assist in data analysis and reporting by preparing and organizing data for review.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure data is complete and up-to-date.,Follow data security and confidentiality protocols to protect patient information.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of healthcare data management is a plus.
