PT Cendrawasih Jaya is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting the senior bookkeeper in various financial tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank deposits and withdrawals.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and wages.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
