📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated patient care.,Perform basic laboratory tests and assist in specimen collection.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
