Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans for manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and JDA software to monitor and optimize production schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in planning and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP and JDA software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
