PT Optima Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leadership in a scientific or technical setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new laboratory protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on quality control and assurance.,Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to, microbiology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to, microscopes, spectrophotometers, and data analysis tools.
