Shop Pro Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Satpam to join our team in Sanur. As the Lead Satpam, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, as well as supervising our security team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 19.000.000 – Rp 25.000.000 per month. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is committed to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervising and managing the security team to ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Conducting regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintaining and updating security records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conducting background checks and interviews for new security personnel.,Training and developing security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and ensuring the safety of premises.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to make sound decisions and take appropriate actions in emergency situations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.,Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, such as CCTV systems and access control systems.,Valid security license or certification, preferably from a recognized institution.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
