Hotel Hendra Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and documents,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR Manager in special projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
