📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of branch staff, providing leadership and mentorship to achieve targets and maintain high standards.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Foster strong customer relationships and resolve customer complaints effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven experience in driving sales and customer satisfaction in a telecommunications company.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
