📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage coatings projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Develop and implement coatings solutions tailored to client specifications and industry requirements.
  • Conduct process optimization and troubleshooting to enhance coating performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate coatings technologies into broader product development processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVOF and Thermal Spray technologies and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coatings engineering, with a strong focus on HVOF and Thermal Spray technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of coating processes, materials, and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CAD software and coating simulation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
