📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily tea production processes.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks on tea leaves and finished products.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control reports.,Support the Production Supervisor in implementing production improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in tea production or related fields.,Understanding of tea processing techniques and quality standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
