📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure effective training delivery.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain training records and reports.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Officer in organizing and facilitating training sessions.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Support the Training Officer in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
