📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage PIE audit projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement audit strategies for government entities, NGOs, and other public interest organizations
- Conduct fieldwork and on-site audits using advanced tools like SAP and Oracle
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and present audit reports, including findings and recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in audit and accounting
- Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and growth initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Audit Manager or similar role
- Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA, ACCA, or CA
- In-depth knowledge of PIE audits and relevant accounting standards
- Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful audit projects
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
