In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head nurse in managing patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients, and providing compassionate support to our medical staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing patient care and treatment plans.,Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician.,Assist in performing basic medical procedures and treatments.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available.,Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
