📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Ensure health and safety standards are met in the workplace.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience in project management is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
