In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting the hiring manager in making informed decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the hiring manager in making informed decisions about candidate selection.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
