Agung Maya Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bidan to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services to our patients and managing a team of bidan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and a passion for patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including prenatal, postnatal, and general health care.,Manage and supervise a team of bidan to ensure high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement healthcare programs and policies to improve patient outcomes.,Educate patients and the community on health and wellness topics.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or a related healthcare field.,At least 5 years of experience as a Bidan in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
