📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and drive customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and data analysis tools.,Familiarity with retail management systems and software.
