📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of various infrastructure projects.

Ensuring the structural integrity and safety of all projects.

Reviewing and approving design drawings and calculations.

Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Managing project timelines and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.

Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards.
