📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create effective job descriptions and requirements.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
