📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Assist in the development and administration of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and interview guides.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
