📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards set by the company and relevant authorities.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for revenue growth.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving financial performance.
