📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and plan individual care for patients based on their medical needs and rehabilitation goals.,Provide direct patient care, including wound care, mobility assistance, and physical therapy.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans.,Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Active and valid RN license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.,Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and restorative care principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Work Permit for Indonesia.
