📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit documentation to ensure it is error-free and meets our quality standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing guidelines and standards,Assist with the creation of training materials and other educational resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
