📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
• Leverage project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Trello to track progress and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including key processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
