📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages using premium ingredients and industry-standard tools such as shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Ensure a well-stocked bar with proper inventory management and timely restocking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and create personalized drink experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions and manage bar sales, contributing to the overall revenue of the establishment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, including proper mixing, garnishing, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for creating unique and delicious beverages.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
