📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and textiles according to hotel standards.
• Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Using laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and irons to complete tasks efficiently.
• Following strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and damage to fabrics.
• Assisting with inventory management to ensure all supplies are adequate and well-organized.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laundry area.
• Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with using laundry equipment and maintaining a clean laundry area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
