📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and retention.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure optimal workforce planning.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Participate in HR committee meetings and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
