📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the batching plant to ensure efficient production and high-quality concrete output.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Train and supervise a team of plant operators, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement quality control measures using SAP and AutoCAD to monitor concrete mix designs and production parameters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
