In this role, you'll use tools like SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, and BambooHR to streamline HR processes. Daily, you'll interact with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, working with hiring managers to fill vacancies.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of HR software and systems, such as SAP HCM and Oracle PeopleSoft.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and personnel roles, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, and BambooHR.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
