📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy for Instagram Shop, including content creation, product tagging, and influencer collaborations.
• Optimize our Instagram Shop profile, product listings, and checkout process to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Analyze sales data and customer engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage data-driven campaigns to promote our products and increase sales.
• Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social commerce and e-commerce.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our Instagram Shop, providing regular updates to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the beauty and fashion industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing an Instagram Shop or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm and best practices for social commerce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
