📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Present and negotiate maintenance contracts, ensuring they meet client needs and Daikin Applied's service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Daikin Applied's product offerings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and ensure service quality.
• Provide technical support and training to client staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or technical support roles.
• Proven track record of securing and managing maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of Daikin products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
