In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will work closely with the senior management team to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our people are our greatest asset. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, including statutory compliance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing HR functions in a dynamic organization.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software such as BambooHR, ADP, or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
